To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, our shopping cart is protected by SSL encryption technology.

Order Fulfillment Policy
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Once an order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking details.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and shipments may not be processed on those days.
USPS Priority Mail offers 1, 2, and 3 day delivery options if it is available to you. Please note that this means it with take USPS 1-3 days to deliver your package. It is not a delivery guarantee from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if USPS extends the delivery time after the order ships.
If an order arrives damaged a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.
Rumble Packs ships worldwide and provides costs at checkout for shipping rates. All import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Rumble Packs does not provide information on what your country may charge at customs.
If a package is lost in transit Rumble Packs will work with you to determine the best options. Shipping will not be reimbursed to the customer if the tracking history shows the order was shipped.
USPS First Class Mail service does not provide tracking information or guarantee delivery after it leaves the United States. Packages that are not delivered using this mailing class will not be reimbursed. Rumble Packs strongly recommends International packages be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.
If an order is returned as undeliverable, a refund will be given minus the cost of shipping.
